Each month the boys and girls at St. Brigid's N.S. will display their artwork at the front of the school for all to see. This month our 1st and 2nd class display their art pieces under the theme of Autumn.

This is just a snippet of some of the activities taking place in our school this week. This post will be updated throughout the week.   

This week the boys in Ms. Maguire's class were very busy creating scary Halloween pumpkins. They had great fun getting their hands messy as they cleaned out their pumpkin and then designed their own scary face for it. 

For the month of September Junior and Senior Infants have been exploring the theme of Myself and My Family in Aistear. Here is a look at some of the things they got up to.

We are currently participating in a 6 week block of gymnastic sessions. Check out some of the activities we got up to in our first session.  

As part of our School Self Evaluation this year we will focus on the area of Well Being & Mindfulness. We would appreciate if you could take the time to complete the short survey below. Could we ask that you fill out a survey for each of the pupils in your home.  SURVEY

A big welcome to all our new Junior Infants who started school last week. We are very excited to have such a lovely bunch join our class and we know we're going to have lots of fun learning together this year! The Senior Infants are loving having more friends to play and learn with. Here are some pictures of what we have been up to so far.

Congratulations to our 6th class pupils, Noah Murphy, Mark Smith, Nicole Fay, Thomas Reilly, Thomas Mooney, Ailish Mc Laughlin and Josh Reilly on finishing primary school. Everyone in St. Brigid's NS would like to wish each one of you the very best of luck next and in the future. We are very proud of all your achievements in primary school and have no doubt that there are many more to come.
