Well done to our quiz teams who took part in the Cavan Cumann Na mBunscol Quiz last week. It was a great night.

Our student council set up some festive Valentines themed activities in the GP room for all the whole school to enjoy. We made arts and crafts, wrote valentines poems and played games. Thank you to our 5th and 6th class for leading the activities and to our student council for setting up.

Safer Internet day day was on 11th February. Across the school we learned about keeping safe online and ways we could reduce our screen time. We watched videos, read stories and took part in a colouring competition. Internet Safety Tips were also shared with parents and guardians.

Our fantastic student council organised a whole school 'Buddy Day' last week. Each child in the school was paired up as a 'little buddy' or a 'big buddy'. The buddies got to know each other by reading together, playing together and hanging out on yard together for the day. It was a huge success. Thank you to our student council for organising! ...
