Congratulations to the Naomh Bríd U-12 football who were crowned county champions last night. 9 pupils from St. Brigid's NS played on the team.

A huge congratulations to Emma Mulvaney and the Castletara camogie team who beat Lacken in the county final. Emma was captain of the team and led them to victory.

We would like to commend Nicole Woodcock from 3rd class on her brave fundraising venture for the Rapunzel Foundation. Nicole recently donated 16 inches of her hair to the charity, who make wigs for children and young adults who have lost their hair due to various illnesses. The children of the school also supported Nicole by donating generously(Total shortly). Well done to all involved.
