Science Week has been a great success here in Redhills National School. 5th and 6th class worked together and carried out a number of different experiments. Have a look at our work!
3rd and 4th class have been having great fun carrying out experiments for Science Week. First, we made tornadoes in bottles.
We also had fun making slime.
1st and 2nd class have been enjoying Science Week so far. Their first experiment was about liquid density and the second one looked at a leak proof bag. They also had great fun fishing with magnets.
5th and 6th class had great fun using our new IZAK9 cubes. This hands on activity got everyone in the class involved in some fun and interesting maths!
Specially designed Christmas cards are now available for sale from the school office. Every child in the school has contributed an image to the card.

3th and 4th class learned all about Picasso in last weeks art lesson. We learned all about his life and the different features of his work. Here are some of the spooky Picasso inspired Halloween Monsters we created.
5th and 6th class have been learning all about recycling in Geography and Science. They decided to create Halloween Monsters using old 2 litre bottles. Have a look at their brilliant creations!
