Last week we celebrated all the amazing grandparents in our lives with a whole school assembly and prayer service. Thank you to the grandparents that came to visit and to those who took part.

As part of our SPHE and SESE junior infants have been learning all about food, good hygiene when preparing food and exploring why some things melt??We baked some delicious chocolate cupcakes to put what we have been learning into practice! Here is a look at our delicious masterpieces!!

January in Rising STARS 🌟 This month the boys and girls in Rising STARS have been very busy learning all about animals that hibernate, magnetism and arctic animals. They have also had lots of fun exploring different materials and textures during sensory play. Have a look at the pictures to see us having lots of fun!

We couldn’t believe our eyes today when Santa pulled up at break time in a tractor. He got to meet all the boys and girls and evening gave everyone a selection box.

Senior infants and first class got creative making some tasty gingerbread houses. They almost looked too good to eat!!

We recently enjoyed science workshop with Naomi. We tried out lots of different experiments and learned loads!
