By Day & By Night
Groundwork is now complete on our state of the Art Multi Use Games Area. Grass will be laid next week. Below you will see work completed so far during the day and at night. Please continue to support our fundraising initiatives.
Fundraisers
Staff at the school are going to run/walk 1,700km over the month of October to raise funds via GoFundMe.
We are continuing to sell leaves for the ornamental tree at the entrance to the school. There is now 102 leaves sold.
The Parents Association will be selling tickets shortly for their iPhone raffle.

Ryan’s Generous Gesture
Ryan gathered up all the games he no longer plays with at and and sold them recently. This morning he contributed €150 from the sales towards our fundraiser to complete the Multi Use Games Area.

Tractor Run
The Parents Association have organised a 'Tractor & Vintage Car Run' for Sunday 25th October, 2020. All proceeds raised will be for the Multi Use Games Area at St. Brigid's National School.

5th & 6th class – STEM Challenge
5th & 6th class were given marshmallows and spaghetti, along with 6 different challenges. They had to try and build different structures from cubes and cuboids to towers and bridges. Take a look at the pictures to see how they got on!
