5th and 6th class had great fun on their last day of the first term. They started off with a fashion show in the classroom to show the rest of the class their costumes, then they had a scavenger hunt outside. The day was finished off with some Halloween Art and TieDye. Take a look at the pictures below to see how they got on.        

Although Maths Week was a bit different this year, we still got to take part in lots of different games and activities, ranging from live events to Maths trails! Take a look at what we got up to.

Junior and Senior infants were busy this week decorating some very scary and spooky Halloween pumpkins. Here is a look at them busy at work.

The Parent's Association of St. Brigid's National School are running an online raffle for an iPhone 11. Cost of entry is €10. To enter Click Here.   All funds raised will go towards the Multi Use Games Area at our school.

Our new state of the art facility will be complete on Friday 16th of October. We have raised €18,000 of our €40,000 target. Please continue to support our fundraising efforts. Congratulations to all the boys and girls in 3rd class who received their First Holy Communion on Saturday. Thank you to Fr. Jason, Eileen, Anne Marie and Ms Burns for all their hard work in preparing the pupils and the ceremony.

On Wednesday Fr. John visited the 3rd class pupils to hear their first confessions in advance of making their First Holy Communion on Saturday.
