On Monday, Minister Heather Humphreys and Daithí Ó Murchú visited our school to present us with our Digital Schools of Europe Award. After the ceremony, parents got to visit the different classroom to see digital learning taking place.
We would like to thank the parents who came to watch the ceremony and the staff who helped out with refreshments and music. A great day was had by all!

Camogie & Hurling Skills
The boys and girls from Junior Infants up to 2nd Class were practicing their Camogie and Hurling skills on Wednesday, they had great fun! Definitely some future stars in the making.

The children in the Shooting Stars classroom have been learning all about hard and soft materials. They got to feel all the different textures of each material. They had great fun picking their favourite!

Our girls GAA team had their first outing of the year this week, playing Ballynarry in Redhills. The girls put in a brilliant performance and played their hearts out but unfortunately it wasn’t to be on the day. The girls have more games in the coming weeks and we’ve no doubt they will do great.

Trip to the Shop
On Thursday, the Shooting Stars made a trip to the shop to buy ingredients for the pizza they were making that afternoon. They done a great job at finding everything they needed!
