Over the summer, a new outdoor classroom and biodiversity space was added to the side of the school building. We look forward to using a lot in the future for some outdoor learning and environmental studies

The boys and girls in 3rd and 4th are back to work learning about place value. They were given a number and had to represent it using dienes. They got creative with their work!

Throughout the year the boys and girls from 1st to 6th class have been doing lots of reading as they were working towards reaching their Accelerated Reading Targets. Well done to everyone for working hard on their reading throughout the year and a special well done to the boys and girls who were awarded gold medals for achieving their reading targets in Term 1, 2 and 3.  

The Shooting Stars and Shining Stars class spent the day in Rossmore Park today. They had great fun in the playground and even spotted some giants in the woods!

Congratulations to the boys and girls in 6th class who graduated from St.Brigid’s National School today. We wish you all the very best of luck in the next step of your education!

6th class took part in ‘Anything but a bag’ day on Tuesday, take a look at some very imaginative alternatives to their school bags!

5th & 6th took reading time outside today to enjoy the beautiful sunshine, long may it last!

A great day was had by everyone at our sports day. Lots of fun was had on the bouncy castles, obstacle courses and the water games. Take a look at the pictures to see everyone in action!
