Today all the boys and girls in St. Brigid’s National School participated in our challenge ‘Operation Get To The Capital Of The Nation’. This involved completing a variety of physical activities with the goal of clocking up 120km (the distance from our school to the RTE studios). We were visited by Operation Transformation leader and past pupil Lorraine O’Neill who joined in on the challenge and who also baked some healthy snacks with 5th and 6th class.
