4th and 5th class have been working on some spooky stories over the past week. They had a spooky story telling session to share their work.

Parents Association Events The Parents Association are holding a Halloween Fancy Dress Party and Spooky walk on Sunday 29th October in Killoughter Hall starting at 5.30pm. Voluntary donation on the door, which includes a raffle ticket for entry into draws. There is a Pumpkin Carving Competition (€2.00 entry fee per pumpkin) Please put name on pumpkin. The Shooting STARS class has been very busy over the past few weeks. We have been enjoying day trips, doing art, playing and cooking. Here are some pictures of what we got up to.

The junior infants have been busy learning about all things Autumn over the past couple of weeks. We explored Autumn items in our nature table, went on a nature walk and completed Autumn themed activities in our Aistear stations. We have been learning loads and having lots of fun along the way!

Well done to all the boys and girls who took part in the Cavan Cross Country Championships. A great day was had by all. A special congratulations to our Junior Girls team who came 3rd, our intermediate girls team who came 3rd and our Senior boys team who came second. Well done to all!!
