Well done to all the boys and girls that took part in our Gratitude Assembly today. There were some great performances by every class, from singing to acting, everyone was brilliant!
Well done to the girls who reached the final in the football blitz they took part in on the 3G last week. Unfortunately, they narrowly lost out to Lacken but they have done their whole school very proud, well done girls!
On Monday, Minister Heather Humphreys and Daithí Ó Murchú visited our school to present us with our Digital Schools of Europe Award. After the ceremony, parents got to visit the different classroom to see digital learning taking place.
We would like to thank the parents who came to watch the ceremony and the staff who helped out with refreshments and music. A great day was had by all!
The boys and girls from Junior Infants up to 2nd Class were practicing their Camogie and Hurling skills on Wednesday, they had great fun! Definitely some future stars in the making.
The children in the Shooting Stars classroom have been learning all about hard and soft materials. They got to feel all the different textures of each material. They had great fun picking their favourite!
As part of the Incredible Edibles programme, 3rd class have been learning about healthy eating. Today we made fruit faces and smoothies using some of our favourite fruits.
