6th class graduated from St.Brigid’s NS on Wednesday the 23rd of June. It was a beautiful ceremony to celebrate a fantastic group of children. We will all miss you!
The infants in the STARS classes had a great time on their school tour to Lakeland Forum, Enniskillen. They had lots of fun in the soft play area followed by some chill time in their sensory room.
Members of the Garda Mounted Unit visited the school on Friday on horseback. They answered lots of questions the children had, they even got to go up and pet the horses!
The Shooting Stars let their butterflies go free today. They had been living and cocooning in the Shooting Stars’ classroom for the past two weeks. Have a look at one of the butterflies who ended up being very friendly and photogenic!
The boys and girls had a great day at the Sports Day last week, they took part in lots of different activities like athletics, water games, ground hurling, the bouncy castles and obstacle courses. Take a look at the pictures below to see them all in action!
Well done to all the boys and girls who took part in our after school Athletics club over the past few weeks. Definitely some future Olympians in the making!
Mr.Faulkner took the Anglo Celt Cup in for a visit to all the different classrooms this week. He answered lots of different questions the boys and girls had about winning the Ulster Final and winning an All Star Award.
The Junior and Senior Infants in Ms. Leonard's class had a great day out in Rossmore Park for their school tour. We had a teddy bear picnic, went for a walk and even found some giants!!
