4th, 5th and 6th classes were inspired by the work of Michel Thomas (French cartoonist and illustrator) this week.

Well done to Dylan, Emma, Nadine, Callum, Kerri-Louise, Declan & Dyllan. They have all been chosen by Yasmeen Talent Center to act in their up coming production of Fairywood. More details of the production will follow in the coming weeks.

Literacy Power Hour started in St. Brigid's NS today for pupils in 1st & 2nd class. The classes were divided up into 5 stations and our literacy enthusiasts were engrossed in their work for an hour. The feedback from both the children and adults has been incredibly  positive.  A special mention to Ms. Nallen who organised this new initiative and to Jacinta, Martin & Eammon for their help.

Kerrie Louise and Cara have been selected from thousands of entrants as semi finalists in the Doodle 4 Google 'My Perfect Day Competition'. An expert judging panel will select 75 finalists from the 300 semi finalists. Lets hope we receive more post from Google in the coming weeks...

There was great excitement today as all classes got to prepare and devour delicious pancakes. 

Members of the green schools committee decided to conduct a spring clean of the school grounds today.
