Spring Walk

Junior Infants recently enjoyed a lovely spring walk to Shannow Woods. The children set off on a special Spring Hunt, keeping their eyes open for signs of spring all around them. Using their checklists, they searched for different spring items and carefully ticked them off as they spotted them — from colourful flowers and fresh green leaves to birds and other signs of new life. There was great excitement as each new discovery was made, and the pupils showed fantastic observation skills and teamwork throughout the walk. After School Art Club

Our After-School Art Club children have been busy working away over the past few weeks, enjoying lots of creative fun together! The pupils have created beautiful arts and crafts based on Mother’s Day, springtime, and Seachtain na Gaeilge. From colourful spring artwork to thoughtful handmade gifts and Irish-themed creations, the children showed great imagination and pride in their work.
