Today Klaus Laitenberger from the Organic Trust visited our school and gave the children a very interesting talk on all things organic. Klaus spoke to the children about growing plants organically and the differences between organic and conventional farming. The Gardening committee and the Green School committee then brought Klaus on a tour of our school where he was shown our poly-tunnel and composting site. The children thoroughly enjoyed Klaus’ visit.
