The boys and girls in 5th and 6th class were busy writing their Autumn Haiku’s today. We learned that a Haiku is a Japanese poem of seventeen syllables, in three lines of five, seven, and five. We had great fun brainstorming different Autumnal vocabulary and figuring out how many syllables each word had!
